“Several days before Christmas my 21 year old gas furnace decided to not function. I called All Temp in Milford, MA which I have used for many years to service my furnace and central air conditioner and they came to the house and got the furnace going and said It needed a new part to keep it running, which they put in the next day. The furnace did work but only for a few days. I called the owner of All Temp, Bob and he told me they were all booked up until January 2nd. Bob told me the cost of the project and I agreed to have it done on the second of January. The crew of four arrived at 8:30 AM and we had heat by 1:15 PM.They explained the operation of the new thermostat and left us to enjoy having heat. I called the next morning and asked if someone could come by and explain the operation of the new thermostat which they did.They left their work area clean and neat and shut off all the lights and locked the bulkhead .I would recommend All Temp to anyone looking for good service and good products.“

As a family company, Paul and Tim take great pride in their work; they have done all of our major work, including a new AC unit, hot water heater, and now a new furnace. We moved into a 22-year-old house, just before these big ticket items croaked. Paul and Tim are equally great with less expansive fixes, including anything from a clogged drain on up. They do such awesome work that most of our neighbors also employ them. They are the "official" plumbing and heating company of our little neighborhood. “Review updated 03/18/2024 with before/after photos of my DREAM master bathroom. DREAMS REALLY DO COME TRUE WITH ABW!!!I am SO HAPPY I chose American Bath Works for my bathroom renovation projects!!! Lester, the owner of ABW, has worked closely with me to design my dream bathrooms and provided me multiple custom renderings to visualize the renovated spaces.I received quotes from a couple other remodeling companies who quoted me significantly higher prices for much, much more limited selections. With ABW, you are paying for the labor and related materials (very reasonably priced). The products going into the bathrooms (tile, vanities, tub, showerheads, etc.) you get to shop for/pick out from any store you want - which takes some time on your end but not only leads to the most customization options possible but also leads to HUGE cost savings compared to the limited selections offered by the other companies I received quotes from. Lester will be more than happy to help you with this process; I know it can be overwhelming to pick out stuff individually but trust me it is WORTH IT! (No joke, the other quotes I got - for just one non-master bathroom - totaled an amount nearly equaling the amount I paid ABW for TWO bathrooms, 1 of which is the master).I have attached a photo of the before/after (almost done, see note below) of the 1st bathroom ABW remodeled (they are currently working on a 2nd!). I am in LOVE and everyone who has seen this newly renovated bathroom is amazed by the beautiful work and craftsmanship. Please note: The after photo is really an almost after (the cord under the mirror is gone and the ceiling light/fan is installed, we just need to paint and have the shower door company come install the custom fabricated glass). You can see in the before photo there is a wall/door separating the vanities from the toilet and shower; we had that knocked out so now it's one spacious room! (One of the other companies I got a quote from acted like knocking down that wall was a herculean task that would cost enormous bucks they couldn't calculate on the spot...none of that nonsense with ABW!)Lester will provide you several recommendations for companies to work with (like shower glass door company, bathroom supply, etc), and you ultimately get to decide what works best for you to make your bathroom dreams come true!I CANNOT RECOMMEND ABW HIGHLY ENOUGH!!! Thank you to Lester and the whole crew!!!“

“We woke up Christmas Eve morning and our heat was broken….It was absolutely frigid and approximately 20 degrees outside and only 40 degrees in the house; it was so cold in the house that you could literally see your breath, inside. We called Regan HVAC and although we were on hold for a little, when we got through, we spoke with Jessica, who was SO nice and understanding. As expected, they were absolutely slammed due to the winter storm the night prior. Jessica explained that they were really busy, but they’d send someone out ASAP. About an hour later, the technician Joe arrived at the house. He fixed the heat within 5 minutes and explained the issue in detail and offered solutions. Although, he couldn’t permanently repair the issue as he didn’t have the parts, he still made sure the heat was working before leaving. He said he had about 13 calls after us to go to, but he didn’t rush the repair and was very clear, patiently answering the questions we had. “A neighbor referred me to Di Matteo Plumbing. I was looking at replacing an old water heater 50 gal tank to a small energy efficient tankless water heater. I had received quotes for several big name plumbing companies in the area. This was a bigger job but I did some research on costing etc and the big companies were off the reservation. DiMatteo was the only company that provided me a reasonable quote and I liked the idea of the father/son family concept. I didn't really vet whether they did these changeouts but entrusted them with the project. I was NOT disappointed. Enio guided by dad did a BANGOUT JOB. They did go above and beyond my expectations. They came on-time, did the job in the expected timeframe and built a custom shelf for the water to be snuggly mounted into the wall. The only hiccup in the operation was when my dog Cosmo took the liberty of introducing himself to Enio's dad. Enio's dad does not like dogs. They even fixed the blemishes that the other high priced plumbers left without asking. 5 stars. I highly recommend Di Matteo plumbing.“
