“Easy to communicate and their team did an amazing transformation of your floors over a week. We did our floor with the traditional oil based finish, took about three weeks to air out the smell but it was worth it. Before and after pictures here.

Only improvement would be the communication. Job was coordinated by Dan’s son Jimmy, possibly one of the few people who spoke English. Called us about prepping the windows and temperature setting from the second day. He is responsive on text. Discounts for paying in cash / check.“

“Fortunately for us, this was the flooring company contracted by our builder. Fergus was such a delight to work with. It was so easy to schedule an appointment to select our tiles and carpeting for our new home. When we arrived Fergus worked with us to help us select the exact bathroom and kitchen tiles, and basement carpeting that we were seeking. He was extremely patient considering I have difficulty making choices. Upon arriving to our new home I immediately let Fergus know that the tiles and carpeting were the only items that were installed to perfection. One year and one winter later, the house continued to settle and there were a few spots along the perimeter of my bathrooms that needed regrouting. “Really professional team, I’m so happy with my floors! I had large patches of water damaged red oak that had to get ripped out. The team installed new oak flooring and laced it in seamlessly with the remaining original 1920s floor that was not water damaged, then coated everything with Rubio monocoat.(If you haven’t heard of Rubio monocoat I highly recommend also. It’s an eco friendly VOC free floor sealer which is repairable over time unlike poly)I’m most happy with the dust prevention they set up, by the time all was said and done there was hardly a spec of dust anywhere. I would recommend Bostonian to anyone looking for gorgeous floors“
