We had a fantastic experience with this team! Jimmy handled the quote, scheduling, and coordinating with the on-site team. He was very responsive and easy to communicate with, transparent about the cost and the limits of what can be done, and made the scheduling process super quick and flexible. The end result is incredible! Our floors had a lot of deep scratches and heavy staining from years of wear and tear. The whole floor looked dingy and dirty, and we were worried we might need to stain it darker to hide all the marks. We decided to first try refinishing with a satin-finish clear coat.
