Sam did an outstanding job refinishing my client's floors in preparation for sale. The before-and-after photos display the non-yellowing finish. I'm very pleased with the results and would highly recommend his service

Reposting, because this review wasn't showing up. We called Sam with New England Floor Sanding among several other flooring companies for a quote to refinish the floors in our 3 bedroom home. He was exceptionally prompt in getting back to me, and had his crew on site within days. Scheduling, timing, work flow, all were exactly as Sam had estimated. And cost came in right at the estimate. After looking for floor refinishing contractors on Cape Cod, for a Provincetown client, I was able to speak with owner, Sam, of NE Floor Sanding, through call and text. And Paulo + two guys arrived on time/date and completed the job in two days. These antique, painted floors got new life thanks to these guys. I won't hesitate to book with Sam again. We've a lot of antique floors that need a new life.Friendly and professional people! AND, I used these guys for another floor in Truro. This time it was patched, newer oak + fresh oak to match.
