Started off with their technician Emily, who arrived 20 minutes early for the appointment - so a big win right there not having to wait all day ... super knowledgeable, she fixed the upstairs zone in about 15 minutes and then explained that the lower zone was short on refrigerant and needed R22 (which is being phased out) to recharge the system and that she didn't have it in the truck. Well, I thought that was it, but 10 minutes later there's a knock on the door - the owner Steve is on the way to personally deliver his secret stash of R22 so we can charge the system so I'm not sweating like a pig on these 90+ degree days. -- Fantastic, personable, knowledgeable, and quick. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.
Suzanne has helped me in so many ways, it’s truly hard to put words to it. To be honest, I wasn’t sure what craniosacral therapy was at first, as I initially thought she’d help me with a sinus/headache issue that I was pretty desperate to fix. Miss Paula was a GOD SEND! We took our son Thomas a very active, very emotional 2.5 year old for his first haircut. I wanted to keep it long with layers like a surfer/hockey player look. He was beyond freaking out screaming, kicking and crying just trying to have him sit with me. I was about to give up as he was so distressed and myself as well- we stood over playing with the toys. Miss Paula tip toed over and starting cutting his hair while he was playing trucks! She was SO patient & talented at cutting a moving 2 year old’s hair! It looks better than I even imagined and she made his first hair cut experience one to remember! THANJ YOU!

I’ve been going to Gioia for a while.. I booked an appointment with Dehlia when my stylist wasn’t available and I never looked back. I’ve seen her several times now. Each time she’s been absolutely wonderful. She maintains my expectations and delivers fully. I am a very particular person with my hair especially and I am never disappointed! The color is always immaculate… recently I cut my hair and requested a blunt cut. She took the time to do the cut right which I appreciate so much! She delivers 1,000% and she has very good energy for my personality. Some might consider her quiet but honestly she is lovely. I think she talks just the right amount. Not too much and not too little. I can’t praise her enough.

Fantastic service!! We were having a problem with hot water circulation and they came out the next day and figured out that the mixing valve for the tub was not working and the cause behind the hot water not making its way to the other faucets in the house. They shut it off, ordered the part, came back a few days later and now we have hot water again. Could not be any happier.

I ordered two cords of wood. My racks accommodate five (4x8) face cords which is about 1.7 cords, figured I’d have a little left over. It did not fill up the five face cords. Prolly got 1.5 cords best guess. Delivery prompt.
