I highly disagree with Sara D. been doing business with ARC for 5+ years and the communication (through e-mail) has always been on point, if I thought something was a little to expensive for my taste, Rick, worked with me and my budget over the years, This company has a A+ rating with the BBB for over 18 years with-out a complaint, my entire family has used them in their HIGH END homes (1.8 - 3.2 million) and have never ever had an issue. I highly recommend ARC, some people (if you look at profiles) just don't have a good thing to say about anyone (1star rating, should clue you in) that some people just can not be pleased, , no matter how many hoops you jump through for them. ARC you guys ROCK, keep up the great work, service and communication that you always have. Tile places are a dime a dozen so it says something you all being in business for 18+ years! Again, thanks for the great work on my 3 bathroom renovations.....

I had my hair done with Roseane. I got a Brazilian blow out and had my eyebrowns done also with the same person. The eyebrowns were absolutely perfect! I would definitely recommend and come back to do my eyebrowns with her! I got there late, which she didn't mind and did everything with an excellent mood. Left with the most perfect eyebrowns!

I chose this seamstress because of other positive yelp reviews. Those reviews were accurate. This woman is so nice. First of all, she is open on a Sunday which is super convenient. I went there with my daughter because she had a bridesmaid dress that she needed some small alterations to. The owner was very honest with us and showed us that those alterations were not worth my daughter spending the money on as they would not make a big difference in the appearance of the dress. She recommended that my daughter save her money by not doing any alterations. It was so refreshing to have a someone say that to us. We understood what she was explaining to us and appreciated her honesty. We told her that we will definitely be calling her the next time we need a seamstress.
TJ and team replaced and installed a new Bosch furnace and heat pump for my house after they were recommended to me by a neighbor. They were knowledgeable, polite, and highly efficient. They took care of various issues that came up during the installation, e.g. putting in a new electric panel to replace an old one that didn’t have enough breakers for the heat pump. The system now works great. Highly recommend!

Andrea is very professional and she has a lot of experience. I went at so many salons and The Beauty Club by Andrea is the best one that I ever had. The salon is clean and organized. She make me feel so beautiful and confident in a short time, I don't need to spend half of my day at the salon, her technique is the best and she is fast with her team. My megahair looks so pretty in only a few hours. I really recommend Andrea and I will always come back.

I decided to walk into this place, and for my joy, I found an amazing experience. Angelo and Jason are absolutely professionals, kind and a fun duo to be around with. Jason's attention to detail is remarkable, gave me a really nice and clean undercut. You can tell how experienced Angelo is, and he even gave me coffee! Great customer service, had a fun conversation, and they showed me pictures of other jobs they've done (10/10). I'm definitely coming back.

I was a walk in on a friday night, and it must have been around midnight. The barber was Nick and he gladly cut my hair, at this crazy hour with no problem. He did a great job, and you can tell that he has some great skills. I highly recommend checking out their barber shop, and especially Nick. He's a cool dude to talk to also.

Have being obsessed with glass fiber nails for a while now. Was at the bank and saw this lady with stunning nails and asked her about it. She provided me with the contact to the professional who did her nails. Contacted Josiene and she was easy to book with, on the day of my visit she was on time. Made to the location (quiet residential area w. easy Off street parking. Her studio is under renovations as she told me she must switched places... clean and comfortable. Upon starting the process Josie offered me a drink (water, coffe or tea), I chose coffe and the magic began. Fiber glass nails full set takes a while (2-3hrs) but the results are mesmerizing. I’m beyond happy and will for sure be back. Thanks Josie, I love my new fiber glass nails. ?

I can’t speak highly enough of this salon. Salon Giavana is GOAT when it comes to hair. A hilarious group of talented women that are masters of their craft. They make everyone feel welcome and are easy and FUN to talk to. Whatever style or look you are going for, they will nail it. You walk out feeling amazing every time. Since I found Flor the owner and my stylist of Bella Imagen Salon, I REFUSE to let anyone else touch my hair. My mother was a beutician. I have natural curls + natural color. I consider Flor to be an exquisite artist. When I leave the salon, I am always stopped by a few ppl and complimented on my cut and blow out. The 1st time when I went to pay, I was blown away at the price. I was getting robbed everywhere else for a lousy cut compared to the work Flor does. The salon is always friendly, clean, and is full- service.

Carmelo is a great guy, does great work. Works super hard and is very responsive. One time he installed wiring for outdoor cameras that are still working great 4 years later. His pricing is fair and competitive. Another time he came to look at smoke alarm wiring and I realized it was due to water damage on one of the detectors. I just had to replace the faulty detector. I offered to pay for his time and he did not accept anything since he lives nearby. He will thoughtfully and thoroughly discuss any project with you to make sure you are comfortable and know what he is going to do.

I hired Meire to do a first time clean of our home while my wife was 9 months pregnant l. She and her team did an amazing job! Everything was spotless and clearly done with care. Our kitchen has never looked this clean even when we first moved in. Our bathrooms are spotless, and I had a hard time trying to clean between the tiles before, but they made it look brand new. They were very detailed, even to make our beds with clean sheets, clean under and around Christmas decor, and make our bookshelf look nice and neat. They were prompt and thorough. I’ll be working with them again in the future soon.

As a business owner, it is important to have a contractor be patient while trying to get everything figured out with the customer and that they start and finish as scheduled. We are close to a completion of a renovation of our split entry home.
Webber has been very communicative, precise and detailed with the work being completed. We had a load bearing wall removed, floors down over, door replacements, lights replaced and the entire interior of the house repainted. I would recommend them. There are always some things that may get missed with painting, but Webber quickly fixed them. We do have a few other things we want to have done to our 30 years young home and we will be using him again and again and highly recommend him.

Omg! Omg! I cannot recommend Brenda at Untangled Tails enough. After working and grooming all day she gave her time, Love, and expertise to groom a dog in desperate need. I was there and watched for myself how Brenda diligently and loving groomed this poor dog who was cast matted head to toe, literally he was being chokes but the fur around his neck. I was told by vet that he would need to be put under anesthesia just to be able to groom him due to the severity of his condition. 3 plus hours later and this beautiful dog has a new lease on life, thanks to Brenda. I still am in awe of Brenda and the care and work she does for these beautiful fur babies. She is the kindest soul. Thank you again Brenda.
