The place is very nice, and the children felt happy. They enjoyed visiting the dentist, and the staff's attention is excellent. The service is quick and very professional. The ladies at Everett Smiles are amazing and sweet. They notice when a child is nervous and still treat them nicely. The dentist who examined the child was super nice and thorough in explaining everything. The front staff, hygienists, and dentists are all friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with kids. The office is beautiful, making it a great place to switch dentists. The parking is next door and inexpensive, costing only $1.00 per hour.
I love this dentist they make everything feel comfy they are very nice and they know how to talk to your child and talk directly with them and see what bothers them my son loved it he interacted made the lady laugh and they made him feel very welcomed you can put all your trust in them they are good people that work in that office
Absolutely hands down the best pediatric dentist in Massachusetts never mind Everett !! My daughter is 8 and I've been coming since she was 5 and was deathly afraid of dentist and here on first visit they changed all that and now she even asks me to go!! lol the staff is unbelievable from the front desk and assistants to the dentists they make it a fun fast and easy everything a single mom like me was looking for!!! Thank you as always if I could give more stars I would!!
My daughter absolutely loves coming to this office. She always tells me how much she likes the doctor and how kind she is. As a parent, I can truly see the dedication, patience, and genuine care that the doctor puts into her work.
I have never seen a dental office so well organized and so well prepared to work with children. The entire team is professional, efficient, welcoming, and caring. They create an environment where children feel comfortable and safe during their visits.
