I can’t recommend Fine Art Nails enough! Their prices are reasonable, and the quality of work is amazing. Everyone seems incredibly talented, but Justin was especially great. He was so friendly and completely nailed the design I wanted. Justin paid attention to every little detail and was very gentle.
