“We engaged REEF to raze a crumbling cottage in the family and build a nice brand-new home and the experience met all expectations. The pre-construction engineering cost came in on the very low end of the estimate. Everything was done on time, zero issues or concerns from the lender's inspections or the town's inspections.

The construction itself was on time, right on budget, no surprises, no delays, and the expectations was set during the aftermath of COVID and volatile pricing of some construction materials due to supply chain issues. In the end it evened out as demand for construction was lower during rising interest rates.

Jim set the expectations and met them during the planning phase and spoke before the zoning and health boards to get us quickly approved. Sarah helped us with the fixtures and appliances, Matt with the construction process and mechanicals, Nick the project manager was there to give a response and work through logistical issues or questions.

REEF was up front with their pricing and there were no surprises. I'm sure you can find other builders that will provide slightly lower estimates if that's a game you're willing to play with a project of this size and scope. We have full confidence in the quality of the construction after having been in here a couple months after completion.

I would engage REEF again in any future projects.“

He allowed me to purchase what I wanted and have everything shipped to him to store until it was time to install. He also agreed to use an outside vendor that I requested which many contractors are unwilling to do. John and his team were very accommodating and helped me to get what I wanted within my budget - and I am not an easy customer. Living 3,000 miles away, it was important for us to have good communication, and although we had a few hiccups in the process, the job was completed in record time. “John Martin Inc. is a fantastic company for several reasons. I had a Septic pumped out by Gary. I also had a Tight Tank installed by John Martin Jr. at my property and the operation went smooth with zero hassle. Firstly, Gary was amazing. I met him first to pump the previous septic. Gary went out of his way to help me maintain the old system until I was able to upgrade. Secondly, John Martin Jr led the operation to install the new system. He was organized, punctual, and completed the install smoothly with zero issues.
Lastly, their office secretaries Laura and Sue are kind and knowledgeable of the work done at the company. “We have been very happy with both the service and quality of work provided by SeaBreeze Home Construction. The owners, Amanda and Mitchel, are very thorough, fair and knowledgeable. After purchasing a home that needed lots of updating, we hired SeaBreeze to build a new deck which came out great. Mitchel discovered some rot in the existing house member requiring some replacement work. This was accomplished without impacting the schedule. The next project was a full bathroom renovation, which also came out great. We selected and purchased the fixtures and tile. Amanda and Mitchel did everything else, including subcontracting the electrical, plumbing and a minor amount of roofing for the vent fan. We've also had SeaBreeze replace some windows and the shingle siding around them. In all, we are very happy with SeaBreeze and have already asked them to quote some siding and flashing work around a chimney. We hope to continue doing business with them as needs arise.“
