When I first met with Jeff to discuss the renovation of our basement, his quote was quite high. He told me “we just do basements one way and this is what it costs”. Well, I took a leap of faith (and a lot of money out of the bank) and selected Custom Crafted Homes to do the basement. Oh, and he said it might take a few months. So, many people might have said “Too long and too much money”. But believe me, it was worth every penny. The workmanship was excellent. The team at Custom Crafted homes did a fantastic job for us. They helped us remodel our kitchen and living room and we couldn’t be happier with the result. They were professional, transparent and easy to work with. It was my family’s first time doing a project on our home and the team made everything easy to understand.
They went above and beyond to help. At one point our AC went out during the project. Someone was over in 30 minutes to help get it running. The AC issue was not anything they caused, but they still didn’t hesitate to help. Would definitely recommend working with them if you are planning a renovation.
