I have lived in a Davenport property for about four years. What sets this company apart from other property management companies in the area is their responsiveness to maintenance issues. Any time I have ever had a maintenance issue, it has addressed immediately, and solved within one business day. Maintenance staff are professional, courteous, punctual, and will keep you informed when maintenance is performed. A+
Pleasure to rent from this company. From application through to renting was smooth and seamless. Whenever I needed any help or needed to report anything both Kelli and Mark were incredibly helpful and pleasant to deal with. Always got prompt replies and quick resolution.
