He allowed me to purchase what I wanted and have everything shipped to him to store until it was time to install. He also agreed to use an outside vendor that I requested which many contractors are unwilling to do. John and his team were very accommodating and helped me to get what I wanted within my budget - and I am not an easy customer. Living 3,000 miles away, it was important for us to have good communication, and although we had a few hiccups in the process, the job was completed in record time. I would recommend H.I.S. for any project big or small.“
