If you want to build on the Cape, work with Reef. We have have built many houses and the two done by Reef are far superior to the others. We are in the real estate business and Reef is a cut above--end of story.

I just came across REEFs Yelp page and while all of their reviews are on HOUZZ I just had to leave them 5 stars here. We are at the beginning of our project but have been working with REEF for a year to perfect the details. They are absolutely fantastic and professional and 100 percent have the customers best interest at the forefront ! Not to mention they are treating our neighbors with the most respect. We cannot wait to update this with another 5 star review at the end of the build !
