W.D. PRICE, Inc.
“We cannot say enough wonderful things about Wesley Price and the entire team at WD Price Builders. Wesley and his crew stepped in and took over a very difficult abandoned project after major issues with another builder, and they handled everything with professionalism, grace, transparency, and incredible attention to detail from day one.
They not only corrected countless errors left behind, but they transformed the project into something truly stunning — a luxury day and medical spa along with two beautiful two-bedroom condos that exceeded our expectations in every way.
Every single person on their team was professional, kind, responsive, and highly skilled. Their subcontractors were equally impressive, and the quality of workmanship throughout the project was exceptional. It is rare to find a builder who combines such high-end craftsmanship with honesty, organization, and communication.
One thing we especially appreciated was their use of Buildertrend. The platform gave us complete transparency throughout the process — allowing us to follow every dollar spent, review change orders, purchases, invoices, and receipts from subcontractors in real time. It made a complicated project feel organized and trustworthy.
Wesley is incredibly knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and genuinely wonderful to work with. He is calm under pressure, extremely transparent, and always willing to explain things thoroughly. Because of the positive experience we had, we have brought WD Price Builders back for several additional projects over the years, and they continue to be an absolute joy to work with.
We highly recommend Wesley Price and WD Price Builders to anyone looking for a builder who delivers outstanding quality, professionalism, and integrity.”
