I can not say enough about Dennis port yoga. I started coming to heal a shoulder injury and have taken both Crystal and Victors classes where they both have been so helpful and attentive to guiding me back to health and mobility in that area.This morning took Leighs class for the first time and she brought such compassion and light to the class.
