We have had Encore complete a number of remodeling projects for us. Some larger than others. This time we sought them out to remodel our old decaying deck. They provided several design options to use as much of our existing structure as possible. We chose the option that best balanced our taste and our budget (mahogany surfaces on pressure-treated framing). Encore managed all the rest, from walking down the project with the town before work began, to installation and cleanup. Working with the Encore team was a pleasure from initial design to finish. The project came in on budget and time. Luke, who was project manager, kept me up to date weekly on the progress and went out of his way to help me since I live in Philadelphia.
