Nina is Amazing even waiting for me to get there after Rte 9 traffic & Green line delays. I have been at least 5 times but as soon as I walk in, the Owner (female) has not been friendly or greeted me. As soon I walked in, " wash your hands" at least 3x. She's stressed or only when certain clientele enter. If you will yellto the Clients to wash their hands, have your Employees do the same. Have All Clients wash their hands, not just certain Clients. I am a Dental Nurse so I wash my hands often before donning gloves all day and I use hand sanitizer. The tone of voice is everything. After seeing patients, taking the T, then looking for parking, I expect a friendly greeting...read full review

I’ve been coming here for a while and they are absolutely wonderful. They were extremely busy and I was running late today but they were kindly able to fit me in for a pedi/mani and did a great job as always!Services: Manicure

i’ve been coming here for a few months now and i get the student gel manicure. really awesome deal for students and it’s always a fabulous job! i have very weak nails but the manicure always lasts me about 2.5 weeks!Services: Manicure
