I wanted to love this experience, but didn’t. I drove 2.5 hrs to visit this shop and was ready to spend generously.
Sadly, as other reviewers mentioned, there were a TON of people working but only one barely said hello… I felt like I was intruding on a staff meeting! They were all chattering together and no one asked if I needed help.
The saving grace was being able to see and feel the materials and products in person before ordering online. The store is lovely and well organized…. however I won’t be back. Online ordering it is!

We recently purchased Riviera dining chairs and counter stools and could not be more pleased! The color, quality, and look are exactly what we were hoping for. Additionally, the personnel at the Chestnut Hill store were extremely helpful with the initial purchase, and then the shipping requests (delaying delivery until we returned home). Follow-up questions were handled professionally and promptly. The furniture is terrific, but it is so nice to deal with people who truly understand what customer service is supposed to mean.
