update October 2021: I was able to connect with Eric. It appears possible that the new/originally is originating from my neighboring townhome side.update September 2021: Unfortunately, I had another water leak in the exact same area that they had tried to fix. I tried contacting the owner Eric a few times by email and voicemail and he did not respond.I rely heavily on reviews myself. Based on the reviews for this provider, I chose them. My experience was entirely consistent with the others. This is an outstanding company. I would highly recommend them. I will certainly use them in the future. I used them three years ago to repair significant water damage from the leak....read full review
