They always arrived on time, maintained a clean and organized workspace, and treated our home with respect. We were regularly updated on progress, and any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly and professionally.

New Chapter HI Services painted the downstairs interior of our Melrose 1950s Cape style home. Romeo with customer service was excellent - from beginning to end checking in, turning around change orders and constant communication. Vicki helped me choose the perfect Benjamin Moore colors for the walls and trim. Her team was meticulous - we had just had our floors refinished and they took extra care to paper and tape the floor surfaces. Their attention to detail was great. The ceilings, detailed crown molding and multiple closets look brand new. The team was on time, fast and fun to have around. Would highly recommend NCHI.
