“Deanna is an absolute sweetheart of a human being. I felt so comfortable in her clean, bright, and thoughtful space. My pup gets very nervous when he is away from his pack; prolonging grooming, waiting in cages for hours next to other dogs who are barking of crying is too intense for him. I had no idea that other grooming places are like a factory assembly and would take 4 hours to 5 hours to groom my 10 pound pup.

With a private grooming experience there is no wait time. The focus is completely on him from drop off to pick up time which was a total of 60 minutes. The cut is so cute and he wasn’t lethargic or disconnected when we picked him up. Very happy discovered Deanna!

“My dog HATES getting her nails trimmed and turns into a demon at PetSmart. However, the ladies at Dog Village Salon must radiate some aura of love because she never even quivers a lip here. They hold her and give her little kisses while someone trims and grinds her nails, and she leaves calm and happy. They are fast, kind, and charge a very reasonable price for a great nail trim.

We are moving soon but may honestly come back sometimes just for the nail trims.“

“I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Janelle for embracing Tino as a client. She has lovingly cared for my past golden retrievers over the past couple of years. Previously, I had taken Tino to a nearby groomer, which proved to be a costly endeavor, and he unfortunately suffered cuts on his lower body due to the groomer's lack of experience, leaving him traumatized. The subsequent urgent care bills were staggering. Tino's fear of groomers became so intense that I had to consult with his vet to obtain medication to alleviate his anxiety. Fortunately, I reached out to Janelle, and she graciously accommodated me with an early morning appointment at 6:30 am. She did an outstanding job, and Tino looks phenomenal. He was beaming with joy, showering her with kisses, and his tail was wagging ecstatically - he almost didn't want to leave the shop! “Our dog LOVES Go Play! We did puppy and basic obedience courses there and she goes weekly for daycare. When they open the door for her to come in our dog runs in and doesn’t look back! Go Play was also super helpful and supportive when we were going through behavioral issues with our dog. They’re so fantastic!“

“Virginia took great care of my sometimes reactive Pekingese during grooming. The set up of the facility helps maintain the calmness of the dogs. It was refreshing to not hear the dogs (from daycare) barking. My dog seems to really like Virginia and he was not whining or scurrying out of the place like he usually would. “Petco Vaccination clinic, it was way better than when we went to a Vetco Clinic. A lot cheaper and the folks were really AWESOME at the Waltham store.
Vetco, different story. They messed my dog up and I'm still waiting on what you all are going to do. You say he has Lyme after a blood test, then, you give him meds and shots, i paid a lot of money. You schedule a follow up for 10 days later for what you said was his final Lyme shot but i went there for nothing because you were closed that day. You get that? You have me come back on a day your closed lol. So, i had to go back the next day, when i got there i was told i can't see the vet today. Well, before i left i seen the SO-CALLED VET LOL. Now i was told he doesn't have lyme and doesn't need the final shot. I'm really mad at this point. How do you not know what is going on? I still don't know if he has it or not because i can't afford to have him retested cause i have no money left. Ive called them and they won't talk with me and never call me back. What are you hiding? Now i know why my best friend Wesly was treated so bad and for something he didn't have. They don't care, if they did, we wouldn't have been treated like that and they would have at the least call me.
2 employees in the store part of the business heard my mouth and the commotion and after i left they came to me and confirmed how bad they are there. They told me they would never bring their pets there. Never going back nor is anyone i know ever going back after my poor pup was handled like a piece of meat for them to make money. I will never let this go and will keep telling everyone, until they make it right. I'm at the dog parks several times a day telling everyone. They won't even contact me.
I used my disability money for that you know. You don't love animals, and you robbed me, a disabled person. So sad!
