“At 7:30 in the morning, I messaged Carl and asked if he could come to look at our air conditioner. At 9:15 AM he was at our house with his team and they fixed the air conditioner. Our house was nice and cool again by 10:00 AM. How is that for service?“

I showed him the old part and he said follow me. We went upstairs and he went right to a shelve and found the part I was so desperately looking for!
