“Moved into west Brookfield recently. Had one oil company come and fill my tank and said there was a free furnace cleaning with a fill up, never heard from them again. Two days ago my furnace went down and I called Sherman oil as they are local. Women on the phone was wonderful to deal with and there was a service tech out to my place within a couple hours. Also very pleasant and did a great job. I will not ever call a different oil company. They have my business as long as I live here!“
“My indirect water heater stopped working on a Sunday night. I went to Value’s website and requested help. I received a phone call within 20 minutes from who I believe was the owner. He told me he could send someone out. Brian , who was the Plummer that was sent to my house showed up on time and went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed. We needed a part that was only in stock 45 minutes away, and since a winter storm was coming the next day he drove all the way to get the part. I have a 6 month old baby at home, and Brian did everything he could to make sure we had hot water by the time he left the house. Not only was the service excellent the price was just as good. I recommend Value for any plumbing needs! 20/10!“
“Outstanding Service! Friendly and professional. This is the second time I have used them. The first time was to replace a large section of drain pipe which was leaking. This time was to repair a leaking expansion tank value and bleed the air out of my heating system. Both jobs completed professionally, in a timely manner, and at a reasonable price. “Excellent customer service. Prompt and seamless delivery. I've read reviews about pricing being high and misleading but they were fully transparent from start to finish. Anyone who complains about pricing didn't pay attention to what they were told or asked questions. Bottom line, as a new homeowner I will continue to use them and recommend them 10/10“

“The HeatPro went to my residence to do a whole boiler installments. They acknowledged the issues, corrected the issues even when I previously contracted an electrician to “do the job” but the job was totally wrong and they had my boiler run as it should have. I am so thankful for them. One thing I want to mention is that I wish they would have suggested me to replace other things that I had to call them for after, but besides that they are wonderful. They were very professional, they were understanding and reasonable with price. Everything is up to code and I am happy to say that they are the best heating company in town.
