“We had water leaking into our basement, but weren’t sure why. Devin and Zach were efficient and professional, quickly troubleshooting and diagnosing the problem, (a huge crack in a drain pipe that ran from the second floor on down) and getting the pipe replaced, as well as fixing a loose seal on a toilet. It was a big job, but kept me informed every step of the way.”
“Very happy with the service. Work completed as promised. Prompt response to phone calls; punctual; polite; tidy work area.”
“Our kitchen sink unexpectedly backed up on Tuesday evening. We called BEC at 7am the next morning and they were here before Noon. Nick and Geno were very thorough and made sure that they didn’t leave a mess after having to cut and replace a large section of pipe in the basement after numerous attempts to solve the issue by snaking the line. Super nice people, very efficient, super knowledgable and I will absolutely use them again. Thank you BEC Plumbing and Heating for solving our unexpected issue so quickly!”
