Stay away if you’re looking for a new propane company. Took over 2 weeks to fill our tank. Left us without propane during a snowstorm. The general attorney is investigating Osterman/supreme in MA for their recent shady business.

DO NOT USE! No issues when it was Ostermans but since the company has been taken over by Superior nothing but issues. Trying to get a delivery is near impossible and trying to reach somebody over the phone is even harder. They don’t care about you and will let you run out of propane.

Got a new house with Ostermann labeled tanks. Got connected to the national company Supreme that purchased them. Have waited on hold for 45 minutes two times trying to get an inspection to set up delivery. Both times I was told that someone would be reaching out to schedule and update me. Still no word. Totally get if there’s a wait, but to not even get a response after waiting on hold so long really grinds my gears.
