Company is basically a bunch of shysters. Bought a house two years ago that had them so I had to assume the contract . Issue the first year with the regulator that they argued with me about even though I had a brand new water tank installed . They sent someone out it did have a regulator issue . Fast forward to this January I call 2 weeks ahead of time for a delivery at 25 percent. Waited 3 weeks and still nothing checked my tank again strong smell of gas coming out . They send out a tech seems the tank to having a leak but they can’t do anything because ground is frozen I am left with a leaking tank and still no fill. Stay away if you’re looking for a new propane company. Took over 2 weeks to fill our tank. Left us without propane during a snowstorm. The general attorney is investigating Osterman/supreme in MA for their recent shady business.

DO NOT USE! No issues when it was Ostermans but since the company has been taken over by Superior nothing but issues. Trying to get a delivery is near impossible and trying to reach somebody over the phone is even harder. They don’t care about you and will let you run out of propane.
