“I’m writing this as I sit comfortably in my house at -10F, the coldest temperature in Boston since 1957. We had a very nice heating system installed by another contractor who unfortunately didn’t really understand how to set it up or service it. I called in Lavallee at the recommendation of my general contractor. Sam was extremely helpful and clearly knowledgeable about HVAC. Their technician John did a great job fixing the setup of the system to get it working smoothly. I also used their plumbers and they did a great job on our tankless water heater. I recommend Lavallee highly and would definitely use them again.Services: HVAC system repair“

“I highly recommend JV Mechanical without reservation. I had a small water leak on a joint of the water gauge in my cellar. I was able to control the flow by monitoring the drip into a five-gallon can for a day or two but of course this was only a temporary solution; I have been out of the Webster area for forty years and had no idea of the plumbing repair resources available. I called JV Mechanical and they were able to respond and fix my leak in two hours. Unbelievable service and response. Thank you JV Mechanical.“

“Extremely reasonable prices compared to other companies in the area (received some hugely inflated quotes prior) and no pressure from Rocky to commit to a proposal unlike some other companies in the area who were just too pushy.. especially regarding installation of the ductless mini split system. Like the fact that the company is small. Rocky has done work for us before and I have always found him to be trustworthy and honest. Darren and Rodney installed a tankless hot water heater and new steam furnace in December. They completed the work in 2 days and did an absolutely amazing job ,we are extremely pleased with the system ( and our lower gas bill of course !) and will be calling on Fresolo Plumbing without question for any of our plumbing needs in the future. Can't say enough.“
“A few weeks ago our water heater was leaking badly and we didn't have hot water in the house. It was a Saturday afternoon and I looked on line for plumbers in the area and found Steves company listed. I'm glad I did! He called me back promptly and asked if I could hold off until Sunday morning as he was tied up on another job. I was able to slow the leak until he came by the next day. He took a look at the job an tried his best to make the repairs but could not as the pipes were to rusted to replace. I was unable to find anyplace that I could purchase a new LP water heater in that short of time. Steve stopped the leak at no charge and recommended that we convert to an energy efficient electric unit. He provided a quote and also recommended an electrician that was needed to hook up the new water heater. He walked us thru every step of the process, showed up when he promised and all in all did a great job! He's a true professional in his trade and an overall nice guy! Thanks for a job well done Steve! I would recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing services in their home.“

“I had Tim come to my home to assess my geothermal heat pump. This summer it started leaking refrigerant and repairs had to be made twice. I had several companies come out to assess the unit and all said the 14 year old unit needed replacing. After Tim assessed the unit, he said there is no need to replace a 14 year old unit because typically they last 25 years. He told me that it can still be repaired if it breaks again. The repair would be difficult and a lot of work but it wouldn't need replacing. It makes me so happy to know there is someone willing to tell you the truth even if it makes them no money at the time. If/when my unit breaks again or needs replacing, Tim is the only person I will call! Thanks Tim!“

It was an amazing relief when I got home that I did not have to get a plumber to replace a pipe. He immediately found the problem, fixed within 20 min, and didn't even let me pay him because he felt so bad about my previous bad experience (hop on over to their page if you're curious about who *not* to hire). Technicians were super friendly and efficient, and went over the new furnace with me so I understood how to change the filter, the basic functions, etc. I had a minor issue a few days after install and they quickly responded to fix the problem.
