“Saved me the day before Christmas! These guys really stepped up and helped me out in a crunch. A burst hot water heater right before Christmas was a nightmare. Family was coming and water was leaking everywhere! The owner came right away and controlled the leak to prevent further damage from the water in my basement. Soon after they had a team out here to get the water heater replaced. They corrected some code violations as well from the last installer (I didn’t live here then) and are coming back to bring the exterior piping up to code as well. We had not used them before, but they were the ones who had installed the unit prior to us owning the home and their contact info was on the unit. Their office was closed but the person who answered the emergency line helped me to troubleshoot my issue. It was exactly what I needed to get running again. He then said I could contact the company we use to maintain our boiler to follow-up. David Heating & Cooling could've easily have come out, charged us for an emergency visit (it was a Saturday afternoon) and bill us a pretty penny for their services but they didn't.
