We've been coming to STF for over ten years now, back when I had two poodle mixes they had to handle. Now we only have my girl, Elliott, but she's a handful: almost 12, blind, horrible allergies & skin, plus bad back legs which means she has to sit a lot during her visits. And they always provide such a welcoming environment, making me feel comfortable to drop off my previous cargo, knowing she's coming back looking, and smelly great! 10/10!

I recently used Marlene’s to clean about 90% of the carpet in our house. Mostly my entire 2nd floor and a room on the first floor that sees a lot of traffic.Candidly, the results were astonishing in the high traffic room, which was a light colored carpet with significant and obvious staining and discoloration. It was bad enough that I’d considered removing the carpet and putting down new flooring, but it looks so much better now.Upstairs was newer carpet, but the few small blemishes we’d had are gone and it looks brand new.Overall, I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend this business.
