“A&A did a great job replacing the rubber roof over my sunroom. In estimating the job, Sean spotted potential problems that other contractors missed. It cost a little more, but the additional work will extend the life of the rest of my home’s roof.

When the crew arrived for the job, they took special care to ensure that our flower garden was not harmed. The crew was efficient removing and disposing of the old roofing. When the roofing was stripped it revealed rot on some of the underlying structure, Eric, the crew leader showed me the damage and explained what it would take to fix the problem. The contract covered such a contingency The job was supposed to take a day but the additional extended the work time. None the less, Aurel and the crew stayed until the job was done—a 12 hour day!

Everything was cleaned up at the end. The roof looks great.

From the start, Nicole developed a great plan when we agreed upon a contract. Once started, a project manager was typically on site and would meet with me, or send me photos of progress. “First off- Mike and Peter are two people that I feel are closer to your new best friends than actual contractors. They are two of the kindest and most genuine people I've ever met doing this sort of work. I unexpectedly had to gut two shower inserts in a multi-family building. Mike, Peter, Nick, and Pederson were here literally the next day at 7am ready to go, and continued to be every day until we were done. I was never left guessing on schedule, or timeline. Their work quality was excellent, and I even had them sort out a couple other odd-jobs I had on site while they were here. Communication was brilliant, and they were very realistic with me on everything they were encountering as they went through it. They communicate well with my plumber, and even held them accountable on a couple things on my behalf. I literally cannot recommend these guys enough.

Mike has also now referred me to my primary plumber and electrician which are also BRILLIANT. Great people find other great people I guess!

Stop looking around and call these guys for any sort of construction or HVAC needs you may have!

Honestly my only complaint is that Mike is so tall and handsome that It's really hard to be self-confident when you're around someone of such stature and grandeur. He's also a ninja I am fairly positive. Be warned he only accepts payment in precious gemstones.
