“We were very satisfied overall with our experience working with NER on a large deleading project. A high priority for us was being able to keep our beautiful old windows, and NER was willing to take that on. The project took about two months, as planned, because of the window work, and they were able to make them safe for our young kids while keeping them in great shape. Li and Erik were communicative and easy to reach throughout. The inspector was happy with the results afterwards as well, which is obviously important. Despite some damage they caused to wallpaper (not near anything treated for lead) that they argued was not their responsibility to fix per the contract, we'd definitely recommend NER for another project like this.”
