“The drain in my driveway had clogged during a heavy downpour. Bateson was at my house within 30 minutes of calling. They were upfront about the pricing and quickly pumped out the water in my driveway. I had no clue where the drain outlet pipe ran. Bateson found the drain outlet and jetted the pipe. They were professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend their services!“
“We were very satisfied overall with our experience working with NER on a large deleading project. A high priority for us was being able to keep our beautiful old windows, and NER was willing to take that on. The project took about two months, as planned, because of the window work, and they were able to make them safe for our young kids while keeping them in great shape. Li and Erik were communicative and easy to reach throughout. The inspector was happy with the results afterwards as well, which is obviously important. Despite some damage they caused to wallpaper (not near anything treated for lead) that they argued was not their responsibility to fix per the contract, we'd definitely recommend NER for another project like this.“
