I approached with them a unique project of finishing my basement but adding in a dog spa/mud room and taking out a bulk head and adding a back door. “We worked with Pat, Fred and the Godfrey team to update our new house before we moved in and had the absolute best experience we could've imagined. Pat and Fred were professional and responsive - even making time to support a next-day walkthrough to help us with negotiations before we even closed on the house - and all projects were completed on time and within the communicated budget. We wanted to complete a series of projects before we moved into the home on a short timeline and the team rose to the challenge and completed everything on schedule and as beautifully as we envisioned.The Godfrey team's work is meticulous and I felt very in the loop the entire way through the process. “JP converted a half-bath of mine, into a full bath (shower) and made the use of the space so much better, that the bathroom actually feels bigger. Everything had to be moved and a window have to be removed. You would never know that window was ever there: the cedar shingles on the outside match perfectly! He kept to the time schedule he gave me, right from day one. His recommendations for flooring and fixtures was spot-on. He was always pleasant. And the work was the highest quality. The bathroom is one that I'm very proud of. I was so happy with the work done by JP, that I had him do additional work: removing a through-the-wall air conditioner, replacing missing trim in a bedroom (matching the old trim which is not made any more), and dry-wall plastering in my dining room. “I contacted NMTI to have my roof replaced to prepare for solar panel installation. Ramon came out initially to discuss any issues I had and to evaluate the roof structure. He addressed the issues I saw and recommended metal valleys. He also recommended altering the front of the roof since I don’t have fascia boards or soffits to prevent water from seeping behind the siding. Which was one of my concerns. “We hired Perry-Murphy construction for an extensive job on our house in Newbury, MA. Our 15 x 10ft picture window looking over Plum Island was leaking. We hired Perry-Murphy to replace the rotted wood and windows add beautiful sliding doors to a beautiful new deck! The team (Art, Sean, and Andre, specifically) were wonderful in working with us as we picked out all the elements from windows, to doors, decking, and railing. It was our first big project as new homeowners and we were so grateful for their patience and feedback in working with us on our design. It was a pleasure having the guys here working.
