“I used to love coming here and trusted almost any member of the staff however my most recent experience was quite disappointing. I came in for an eyebrow cleanup and the person did a very fast and shoddy job. Usually the ladies here are very thoughtful, take their time to ensure the eyebrows are symmetric and I’ve been very happy with the shapes. However, the this last time, she did a painful job and my eyebrows look very different from each other, and when I pointed it out she said that was my natural shape. She tried to fix it but over thinned my left brow. Now I’ll have to wait for both of them to fully grow back in and get them re-shaped.
I really like the rest of the staff and my prior experiences have been nothing but excellent but I’m quite disappointed by the exceptionally poor experience this time, especially as it’s not representative of their usual work.
