Great service again. This was my second time going here. My first braids were also great and lasted me 6 months. They're very gentle with my hair at every stage (blow dry - sectioning - braiding- hot water setting). Love the results of my hair. Their prices include the braiding hair. They also offer wash service (additional cost). My braider was Sally, she's amazing! She checked in on me occasionally to make sure I wasn't in any discomfort. The section is CRISP, aka neat and precise. Coumba (the owner) is also amazing. She is upfront with expectations and what her salon offers. Very responsive and great communication. I had one of the best experiences with siminas hair braiding. All of the women in there, who are braiding stylists are the absolute sweetest, and make you feel very comfortable! I called a day before I actually needed their service and the owner was so sweet and helped me as much as she could by squeezing me in, for the next day.
