Clare was brilliant. Not only did she manage to see me last minute, but she also came in early to accommodate my schedule. She was warm and friendly from the get go, and really engaging throughout the appointment. I loved getting to know her and having chitchat. My hair treatment was a bright balayage and it looks great. Perfect all around. We talked through gloss options and ultimately agreed that what she knew was best as the professional and she was right! Had the best experience here getting my hair done by haley! She did an amazing balayage and listened to exactly what I asked for. Clare also did such a great job curling my hair. I left feeling so beautiful!! All the girls were so sweet and the salon itself is so cute. Can’t wait to come back!!

First time at Sophie James salon and it was such a great experience! Jen gave me a full foil, wash, cut and blow dry and I absolutely love my hair! She is the sweetest and really knows her stuff. She took her time and made sure everything was to my liking. I have a lot of hair and it took a while, but my hair has never looked better. Thank you Jen!
