“I’ve been going to Love & Mercy Salon for years after following my amazing hairstylist, Ali Lydon, there. The salon itself is beautiful, with lots of natural light, and it’s surprisingly easy to find parking in the city.

Ali is incredible, and I truly can’t recommend her enough. While she’s known for her vibrant color work, I’ve been seeing her for years for blonde color and highlights. I love that she always takes the time to talk through exactly what I’m envisioning, whether I want to go lighter or darker, and then blends everything seamlessly so it looks completely natural.

I struggled for years to find someone in Boston who could do beautiful blonde highlights and balayage, and Ali is by far the best I’ve found. I would follow her anywhere to keep working with her (she’s also a great person!). I can’t recommend Ali or Love & Mercy more highly!“

Sandy isn’t just talented, he’s a true artist. He was featured on the television show American Beauty Star with the top hairdressers in the country—and he won. Beyond his skill, Sandy is a really cool, smart guy with amazing energy, fully tattooed, and always makes the experience fun.
