Edit: I got contacted right after with a proposed refund, I increase from 1star to 4stars for the prompt reply and the professional proposition.She was nice, but I had clearly expressed my desire to keep long hair by showing her a picture of long hair maybe 2 or 3 times. I'm not sure why I ended up with a short haircut that was completely different from the photos. I would have given maybe 2 stars if it had not cost me $80 and if I hadn't shown her the pictures 2 or 3 times.

I recently got my hair done at Avanti for a bachelorette weekend, and it was better than great! I wish I could give more than 5 stars as a rating. Jay was incredibly sweet and helpful, not only this but checked in on me while I was at my appointment to make sure everything was going smoothly. I had my hair styled by Marguerite, who could not have been kinder and it looked amazing! Could not recommend a better place than Avanti on Newbury Street.Services: Haircut
