Well Yelp did not fail me - one of the lovely ladiesn at Heller Eyecare fixed my glasses free of charge and did it quite quickly even though there were indeed broken! Needless to say I will not hesitate to strongly consider them when I am ordering my new glasses. “I got my Charmant Titanium glasses from the Optical Store here around 2022. One day, while crossing Route 9 to catch a bus at the Museum of Fine Arts, my glasses somehow slipped out of my backpack. When I realized they were missing, I retraced my steps and found them lying on the road. The case was completely flattened beyond my recognition, but to my surprise, the lenses and frame were not broken. I managed to reassemble them myself.

Curious to see if the lenses could be fitted into a new frame, I brought them back to the Optical Store. The lady there took it as a fun challenge and skillfully repaired the original frame. I was deeply grateful for her kindness and expertise. That experience convinced me to return to the store for future eye exams and new glasses.
