I have been going to this place since I was 10 years old. Dr. K is fantastic. However, I did not appreciate sitting in the waiting area listening to the staff speak terribly about each and every patient and staff member that had left the building for the day, for over an hour. Be kind.

overall Im very happy everything was taken care of with my frame for glasses. The customer service was phenomenal. I appreciate the help from the manager for the most part in seeing everything through with this process. 10/10 will definitely be coming back as a patient
