This used to be amazing 👏, Now there is a automotive, computerized server and it is next to impossible to get through directly to anyone. Even during business hours im routed to leve a message for a doctor to call back. So if need optical shop... God luck!

Mass Eye Associates is a horribly run organization. Tried to call and spoke to a human answering service. The woman told me they would call me when the office reopened (mind you this was at 2:30 in the afternoon). No one called me that day or the next day. I followed up and called again. The receptionist sounded like she did not want to take my call and she disconnected my call. I tried to call back and was unable to speak to anyone. What an unprofessionally run office.

This has got to be the worst facility I have come in contact with. The Tewksbury location has the worst receptionist I have encountered. I go there because my father has diabetes and needs to see this doctor. Customer service is disgusting, it is very sad when people forget why they got in the medical field in the first place!!! You call to tell them you are running late they take more time ro pick up the phone then it does for you to get to your appointment. Then they penalize the patient! Definitely will take it to the board
