I wish I had gotten the name of the receptionist at the Bartlett Street office...she has short blonde hair. She went out of her way to get me a sooner appointment at a convenient time when someone at the Chelmsford office had mistakenly told me my appointment wasn't canceled when it actually was. I had to finagle my way to get out of work early and literally ran to my appointment just to have it be canceled. She could tell I was frustrated but was very sympathetic. She made the frustrating experience much better. I will try to get her name

I came here for the first time on this location and I can say it was a nice and quick experience. The receptionist was really nice and helped me located the office over the phone; as well as the ophthalmologist assistant and ophthalmologist Willard, that I’ve been seeing for years on the Chelmsford and Tewskbury location!? I’m glad I came by today and got my concerns and questions answered regarding my eye today. Thank you guys!
