Dr. Phamduy and the entire staff have helped me out when I had some unexpected issues with contacts such as a stuck contact as well as receiving the wrong prescription from an online retailer. The office is super responsive, empathetic and professional and they aren’t my regular optometrist. I will change over to this wonderful MyEyeDr location after my regular MyEyeDr office refused to assist in any of these issues. Had a very smooth eye exam and glasses fitting! This location has skilled and friendly people who made sure that they checked and informed me what was covered by my VSP plan beforehand. They really went out of their way to answer my questions, make me feel comfortable, and find frames within my budget for my preferred style.
I walked in with my glasses that I had fallen asleep while wearing them. I walked into the store and asked if I could have them fixed. They took me immediately, and I had a nice conversation with the woman and she could not have been nicer. They didn’t charge me a penny. Whenever I need glasses again. I will happily choose my eye dr in Arlington.
