They aren’t just about making a bunch of money or a profit taking advantage of their customer base. They were very understanding and extremely accommodating. The staff was professional and personable. The doctor was experienced and very knowledgeable. They even followed up after with a written summary of our appt and prepared thoroughly reviewing our dogs history before we met. I am extremely satisfied with the thoroughness and the time the doctor spent with us and didn’t feel rushed at all. “Omg! Omg! I cannot recommend Brenda at Untangled Tails enough. After working and grooming all day she gave her time, Love, and expertise to groom a dog in desperate need. I was there and watched for myself how Brenda diligently and loving groomed this poor dog who was cast matted head to toe, literally he was being chokes but the fur around his neck. I was told by vet that he would need to be put under anesthesia just to be able to groom him due to the severity of his condition. 3 plus hours later and this beautiful dog has a new lease on life, thanks to Brenda. I still am in awe of Brenda and the care and work she does for these beautiful fur babies. She is the kindest soul. Thank you again Brenda.“

“I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Janelle for embracing Tino as a client. She has lovingly cared for my past golden retrievers over the past couple of years. Previously, I had taken Tino to a nearby groomer, which proved to be a costly endeavor, and he unfortunately suffered cuts on his lower body due to the groomer's lack of experience, leaving him traumatized. “Our dog LOVES Go Play! We did puppy and basic obedience courses there and she goes weekly for daycare. When they open the door for her to come in our dog runs in and doesn’t look back!
