If possible, I need to confirm the color of the model I ordered before the wrong frames are used for my order; # 1018543019710, placed on May 25, 2026.<br><br>My receipt states 0GO1048, BLK MAT; which appears to designate a black matte frame, whereas the model I requested is a deep blue. “Dr. Labiento Smith is really efficient and thorough -- I always feel like she's done a comprehensive exam. The lenses she ordered were by far the best I've ever had. Also, she has great taste in helping me pick out frames. Returning this year I was surprised to find out the 2 year old lenses were still under scratch warranty! Wish I'd read/remembered the details, as I bunged them up almost a year ago, could have had them replaced for a nominal processing charge. Looking forward to my new frames & updated Rx.
