During my first visit, I was able to completely understand all the updates on my eye health & the adjustments made to my prescription.

They have a well curated frame selection!
I found my new glasses instantly & I’m SO excited to pick them up in 1~2 weeks!

With some very very basic eye insurance—The visit, tests, adjustments, frames, & lenses (including some custom add ons) all came up to less than $200!!!

I am not sure you understood my message. I have a serious issue with my order!

It appears that my prescription may have been placed incorrectly, regarding the color of the eyeglasses model I chose. If possible, I need to confirm the color of the model I ordered before the wrong frames are used for my order; # 1018543019710, placed on May 25, 2026.

My receipt states 0GO1048, BLK MAT; which appears to designate a black matte frame, whereas the model I requested is a deep blue. Since your employees cannot pick up the phone when customers call, I was hoping to contact your store on this thread before the order goes through.

“Dr. Labiento Smith is really efficient and thorough -- I always feel like she's done a comprehensive exam. The lenses she ordered were by far the best I've ever had. Also, she has great taste in helping me pick out frames. Returning this year I was surprised to find out the 2 year old lenses were still under scratch warranty! Wish I'd read/remembered the details, as I bunged them up almost a year ago, could have had them replaced for a nominal processing charge. Looking forward to my new frames & updated Rx. Highly recommend!“
