Doctor didn’t introduce herself by her name. Eye exam seemed thorough but machine to check for glaucoma was not working so I had to make another appointment to come back which was not convenient.

The doctor I met with (forgive me I can’t remember his name; older gentleman, was wearing a mask) was absolutely amazing. He was friendly, was able to make conversation with me while doing my exam and was so pleasant to work with. The woman who helped me pick out my new frames helped me a few years back, actually remembered me and my wife, and is just the most friendly human I’ve met. She made the experience so simple, so comfortable, and kept me laughing. Her opinions on frames that suited me was impeccable. I was seen by Dr. Alex for an OCT and visual field. He explains your findings and answers you questions. All of the people who work there are very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them.
