Great and fast service. Easy to schedule/reschedule on the website. Store staff is friendly. Doctors are super nice and very professional. Clear printed prescriptions which I use later to order glasses easily.
I enjoyed my visit with Dr. Patel. He explained everything he did and the reason to do the test. Then he went over the results. It was a great learning session. I would recommend Dr. Patel, I would make sure he is my optometrist from now on.
Dr. Patel was knowledgeable and friendly. He made me feel immediately at ease. The exam was quick and he reviewed a picture of the back of my eyes to show me they were healthy. The staff is friendly and helpful and the owners were also there. They personally helped me choose the correct path for me, helped me get fitted and said I could try these out and if I didn’t like them, they would work with me to get them exactly right. It felt like a family. I would highly recommend PV in Burlington!
