Cassie listened when I talked about my fitness goals and totally understood what I wanted to achieve. She did a thorough functional and fitness evaluation, and created a program tailored to my goals. She also educated me on how to modify exercises to make them more or less challenging when working out on my own. Cassie's approach is comprehensive, including how to manage diet/meals, maximizing the benefits of recovery and rest, and doing all of this in a way that is practical. I am so pleased with my progress! I am definitely going to continue working with Cassie!“

“I love dr chaglassian. He’s very thorough, is so pleasant and has years of experience that informs his decisions. He’s operated on one of my knees for a medial miniscus and it was a complete success. And even though I wanted a knee replacement, he refused because I’m too young but spent 45 minutes with me offering other options for the time being. He’s definitely not out just to do unnecessary surgeries. I would highly recommend this dr.“

“Sara is an amazing trainer. It’s very apparent that she loves and is passionate about her job and clients. She is fun and very reinforcing. She is great at listening to your fitnesses goals and pushing you to achieve them. She is the perfect balance between pushing and cheerleading. It’s been a year a a couple of months since I started working with her and I can definitely see significant improvement. I look forward to training with her every week.“
