“Dr. Angie Vonnahme impressed me in 2020, Smart, she listens, super clear explanations about EVERY aspect of what she's doing and an absolutely accurate prescription from the get-go. Insurance changes made me go elsewhere for exams twice over the five years since. Both prescriptions were way off. I had to revert both times to Dr V 's distance numbers to get glasses that worked. Not wanting to go through that ridiculousness a third time I swore to get to Dr. Vonnahme again, insurance be damned. as it turns out my plan was accepted, Once again she positively impressed me at every level; and then wrote me another perfectly accurate prescription. I also was not thrilled with the $49 surprise charge, but I'm still extremely happy with the results of my visit. I look forward to getting care from her again.“

“Answered all my questions, very friendly, the only one issue I would have would be when checking out the receptions was not friendly, turned to her co-worker and said she is not dealing with this. Previous customer had issues with billing. I told her girl it isn’t that serious. Take a break if needed.. She just looked and smiled. If the receptions are having a hard day, maybe they should get up and take a walk or get some fresh air. Everything else was fine“

“After having a horrendous experience at Emily EyeCare in Enfield, I went to Enfield Optical. It was AWESESOME from the gate. Total red carpet, white glove service. I was greeted by Dezia who was polite, professional and super helpful. She introduced me to Cheryl who took care of everything in a seamless manner. Got my fantastic frames ordered. Dezia followed up with me in a couple of days to inform me of my frames arrival. Went back and was helped by not one but 2 super knowledgeable, kind and helpful professionals Sharraine and Agnes.
