I've been to Enfield opticians twice for my glasses in the last year. Since I hadn't had my new glasses for a year the insurance wouldnt cover them, according to the computer. I was dealing with a wonderful woman who's name is Cheryl. Who, took it upon herself to look into it by contacting their parent company. Who in turn, found approval for my new glasses. I cannot express my delight enough. Thanks to her awesome work ethic and genuine concern for her clients I now have the glasses I need and I'm extremely grateful to her! Shout for the lab as well. I had my glasses in two days!You guys rock?Kym

I saw the previous negative review, and think the person must have caught them on a bad day. I agree with the other favorable reviews. We have been going there for years, and always have received a warm welcome and excellent service. I would certainly recommend them.
