Very clean . Very professional and a great staff. Never waited in a room for more than a minute and Kayla and Dr Robin were very informative. Also impressed with the up to date equipment. I highly recommend them to anyone.
I have an eye disease called Kerataconus, I reached a point that I needed a Scleral Lens and was referred to Boston SIGHT in Newton, MA.After a consultation they said it would take at least 2 more visits.By accident I was recommended to see Dr. Robbins in Springfield.I had nothing to lose and WOW I was totally impressed!Great Professional Staff,the latest Equipment and Dr. Robbins was first Class!It would have cost more, travel more and I received Great treatment right here at home!I was days away many years ago from going to Optometry School when family issues necessited my change of Career!I own Teddy Bear Pools an Highly recommended Dr. ROBBINS and Staff...read full review
Fabulous. We've only been for emergency visits and they were so nice and patient even though it was last minute. The front desk persons were very pleasant and the office had a great team vibe. The doctor was great and made my kid comfortable.
