MyEyeDr. is a friendly and helpful optician's office that provides thorough eye exams and excellent customer service. The staff is courteous and takes the time to answer questions, ensuring a pleasant experience. The office offers a beautiful selection of frames and sunglasses with a quick turnaround time on prescriptions. Despite being busy, the team remains respectful and efficient, making every trip to the eye doctor a positive one.
We love the Doctors there and all of the staff. Lori was especially helpful in picking out my frames. I get too overwhelmed with too many choices. She is great and knowledgeable at doing @this!
MyEyeDr in Westfield is the absolute BEST optometry/optical shop around. They go above and beyond! The opticians, optometrists, and. receptionists are some of the most capable and pleasant people I have ever met. Traci and Lori have helped me out on so many occasions with ordering glasses and fixing my frames when I’ve been in a pinch. The frame selection is great and the prices are very fair. I am so very grateful that we have them here in Westfield! You will not be disappointed.
Have been going to this office for 3 years, and have seen both Doctors. Very happy with the attention the staff gives me. Doctors as well as staff are very knowledgeable and eager to help with any questions or concerns that might arise. Would recommend MyEyeDr.
