“I’ve been coming to HOTWORX for a couple of years and I love this location! Starting was the hardest part, but once I built a routine it became easy to stay consistent. The studio is always very clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the 24/7 access works perfectly with my schedule.
Even on long days I can still get a workout in, and even when I’m not feeling a full workout I know that being in infrared sauna I’m still burning calories!!! I strength training three times a week, and combining that with HOTWORX has already helped me reached my halfway goal and see changes in my body. I also have way more energy!!! Highly recommend!”
